Scoping & Fixed Price

We document exactly what will be built, the timeline, milestones, and a fixed price. You review and approve before any work begins.

Development Begins

We start within 3–5 days of signing. You get:

  • Live Build Window: A private staging environment to review the build in real time
  • Daily written updates via Slack or email
  • Direct access to the engineer — no middlemen

Milestone Reviews

For larger projects, we break work into milestones. At each milestone, you review and approve before we continue. Payment follows the same structure.

Handover & KT

On delivery:

  • Full source code pushed to your repository
  • Complete documentation written for your team
  • Deployment guide and environment setup notes
  • Live video walkthrough of the codebase
  • Codebase Health Certificate included

90-Day Office Hours

After we hand over the project, you have 90 days of free monthly office hours. Book a 30-minute call any time your team has a question. It expires if unused — but it's there if you need it.

LEGAL & OWNERSHIP

Every project is covered by an MSA, SOW, and NDA before discussions begin. On final payment, you receive full IP ownership of everything built. No licensing fees, no strings.
